🩱 ব্রা ব্যবহারের নিয়ম (বাংলায়)
১. সঠিক মাপ নির্বাচন করুন:
এই ধরনের ব্রা (নরম কাপ এবং পাতলা স্পোর্টস টাইপ) ব্যবহার করার আগে আপনার বুকের মাপ ঠিকমতো জেনে নিন।
সঠিক সাইজ না হলে অস্বস্তি হতে পারে।
২. ব্রা পরার নিয়ম:
প্রথমে ব্রাটি সামনে থেকে ধরুন এবং দুটি স্ট্র্যাপ কাঁধে দিন।
তারপর ব্রাটির নিচের ব্যান্ডটি বুকের নিচে ঠিকভাবে সেট করুন।
পেছনের হুক (যদি থাকে) বন্ধ করুন। এই ব্রাটিতে সম্ভবত হুক নেই, তাই এটি সহজেই পরা যায়।

মেশিনে না ধোয়ার চেষ্টা করুন, এতে ব্রার ইলাস্টিক নষ্ট হতে পারে।
৫. ব্যবহার সময়:
